How to use them
Deidentify first
Strip names and student IDs before uploading. Three quick methods below.

Deidentify in 30 seconds
Before you upload anything to ChatGPT, remove the names. The agent will stop and tell you off if you forget.
Tell students to write their student ID at the top, not their name. Solves it permanently from the next assessment.
Photos of handwriting: cover the name with a sticky note before photographing, or crop the top of the page out. Word docs: File › Info › Check for Issues › Inspect Document › Remove Personal Information. PDFs: screenshot the response area only. Always rename the file Student_1, Student_2, etc.
